Most of our environments are stress inducing and we find it tough out there. Sometimes we look at a few people and think, “Wow, they are never tense in any situation. How come we cant be like them”. You too can, Its just that, they have developed coping mechanisms to manage stress, which are not visible to us.
Each one of us should be aware of what calms us and what irks us. Then its only a matter of inclusion and exclusion. As much as possible make time for spending time on our hobbies or interests. Work on minimizing or tolerating what we do not want to do or whom we dont want to be around (energy vampires). It helps to observe how other people handle situations and learn from their styles too. We should also notice our friends and family who around us seem cheery, however show some signs of depression. These strategies are not something we don’t know already, however, a reminder wouldn’t hurt 🙂
